2. Find
your restaurant in the NeedGrub (if you cannot find it - " submit a restaurant")
3. Click on the "add/edit information" option on the restaurant information page
and submit the online Claim Ownership request form
4. We will mail you the PIN number in the mail. (make sure your business address
is correct, otherwise send us the correction). Use the PIN number you receive to activate the ownership and start maintaining your restaurant information on the website!

Your restaurant menu document can be given to us in any format. Electronic (images, documents) or printed documents. We will upload to the website in image or document format that is usable by most users. We will accommodate any scanning requirements if menu provided in paper. We will try our best to maintain the highest quality possible for the scanned images. For an extra fee ( please call) we can accommodate requirements to recreate the menu in an electronic version(Image, PDF or other supported documents)
Updates to menu document
Any reasonable change to the menu (replacing the image or document) will be accommodated with this service. Only menu that were originally in a electronic document will be using this service. Image replacement, document replaces, changes in the electronic documents will be accommodated in this service. For other changes please

Listing of Photos
A maximum of 12 photographs will be uploaded per business. Maximum resolution of 600 X 400 pixels - .JPG format ONLY). Each photo can have a title/description
of up to 100 characters.
Group Photo Rate
Package of 4 photos upload qualifies for discounted rate. The restrictions on the files size, type and other factors will be the same above as specified in item (3).
Updates to photos (replace existing)
Updates to already uploaded photos. This only included replacing photos. All images have to adhere to the restrictions as mentioned in item (3).
Listing of any other documents like Awards, etc
Any other document that is descriptive of the restaurant can be published. The documents will be scanned for viruses and appropriate content. Only certain file type will be allowed for publishing which include .doc, html, jpg and gif. All files cannot exceed the size limit of 200KB. Special cases may be accommodated on a case by case basis. (Other file types may be accommodated on a case by case basis. Please

Updates to any document
Updates / replacements to any uploaded documents. All restrictions to the documents will adhere to the requirements as specified in item (6).

Featured restaurant listing will make the listing more prominent and viewable with highlighted colors in all results and search pages. The featured listing can be bought for a minimum of one month.
Featured Listing on Home page (based on space available) Featured listing on homepage will be put up on the main page of the website. There is a minimum of one week. T featured listing will also include one picture of size not more than 100px X 100px. Other restrictions may apply. Please
