Great Food & Service!!!
I have been to a number of restaurants in Bangalore that offer North Indian cuisines, the Village happens to be the better of the lot!!! We wanted to go this restaurant on Thursday but could not make it as it was raining, so we checked out HB if they could help us in getting some food from the Village. They promptly obliged & took our order. After 45 mins our order was delivered to us at our doorsteps. We were five people. Our order included Tamatar Pudina Shorba (figured out that this should be a tomato soup) & Paneer Tikka for starters. Paneer Lababdar, Shahi Paneer, Dal Tadka, Mutter Wala Pulao, Nan Makhanwala, Kulcha & Mila Jhula Raita served as the main course. And of course Hot gulab Jamuns for the sweet part of the things at the end. We enjoyed & had a party around the delicious food. I have heard nice things about the Village itself in terms of its location & internal atmosphere & experiencing exactly that in the next weekend is one the things that I have to do!!! We enjoyed the food & recommend this place "strongly" for its North Indian cuisine.....
Enjoy maddiii....

excellant food at a very economical price
If you thought it was a dream to find good north indian food in Bangalore at the same price as in say Patna. Then well visit Khana Khazana at Banerghatta Road and put your thoughts to rest. The food is excellant and very economical ( three people can have a good dinner in the same price in which you get a daal at any BJN restaurant). The phulkas are great and so are the parathas. The ambience is nothing to talk about, this place is meant just for eating... Their home delivery radius is very limited and only the few lucky ones within 1-2kms can savour the authetic taste. Its ideal for college goers and at meal time the crowd is mostly from the nearby IIM.
Highly recommended. Its a must visit restaurant, for its extremely light on pocket and serves wonderful food.
