"GRUB POINTS" REWARDS PROGRAM
"Grub Points" program is a rewards program for registered NeedGrub.com members.
Grub Points is a simple and free rewards program. NeedGrub member automatically
receive a Grub Points account along with their NeedGrub account. Members receive
Grub Points for various activities on the NeedGrub.com website. Members can collect
Grub Points and exchange them for various Rewards. Please be sure to read our Terms
and conditions to understand the entire program. Become a member today! and start
collecting Grub Points and receive rewards.

3. Why are some of my Grub Points acitivity pending
Reviews and ratings are on a 24hr pending period during which the review
maybe withdrawn due to inappropriate content and other possible reasons. We try
our best to reward the points as soon as possible usually within 24hrs. Rewards points are processed
and posted to your account on Bi-Weekly basis.
Please be patient
and we will inform you when the reward points are updated to an active status.

4. How to redeem my Grub Points
There are several levels of rewards available based on your reward points.
You can redeem your points at any time. Only Active points can be redeemed and in
certain quantities. You need to have a minimum of 500 points to redeem. Point levels available
for redemption are 500, 1000 and 2000. When you are ready to redeem, use the "redeem my points" link
on your reward history page. You can redeem multiple of the same item or different
items.
The Items often change based on availability
and new offers.
Reward redemption takes up to 5 weeks to be processed and mailed. Some sample rewards include Coffee Shop
gift cards, Dinner certificates, Merchandise, and many more seasonal rewards too.
Rewards do not require making any purchases. Rewards are all free. Some extra promotional
rewards (may or may not have conditions) may be available occasionally.

3. Do my Grub Points expire
Yes, Grub Points DO expire if your grub points account is Inactive for over 12 months. You are required to accumulate at least 50 points every 12 month period.
If there is no activity on the account for over 12 months, all points will be expired. However, your NeedGrub.com account will remain active.

5. Terms and Conditions
- Grub Points is offered to NeedGrub.com members at the sole discretion of NeedGrub.com
(Brand of StrombusTech Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, India), (“NeedGrub"), the issuer of your
NeedGrub account. Grub Points or any portion thereof may be revised or terminated
with 30 days prior written notice. If Grub Points is terminated, you will only have
30 days from Grub Points termination date to redeem all your accumulated Grub Points.
Grub Points rewards and Point levels required for specific rewards are subject to
change without notice. All Grub Points rewards are subject to availability. You
may access continuously updated Terms and Conditions of Grub Points at www.needgrub.com.
- A NeedGrub Member Account will be set up to record your Grub Point activity.
Grub Points are credited into your Grub Points account on a periodic basis, based
on the activity on NeedGrub.com. Grub Points accumulate and expire in . Grub Point
accumulation and expiration status can be accessed on your Grub Member Account statement
available online at www.Grub.com. Please keep the materials and promotional materials,
is applicable, for your records because they are part of these Grub Points Terms
and Conditions. Grub Points and rewards have no cash value, may not be assigned,
transferred and/or pledged to any third party. You have no property rights or other
legal interests in Grub Points. You are responsible for any personal tax liability
that may be related to participation in Grub Points and redemption of any Grub Points
rewards.
- You may create only one NeedGrub Account and accumulate Grub Points on only
one or Accounts. Grub Points are accumulated based on activity on your NeedGRub.com.
Refer the promotional materials and email you receive regarding the point accumulation
means and options. You may also get Grub Points from Grub Points that post directly
to your NeedGrub Member Account for participating in certain promotional activities
(such as responding to surveys or other communications). If your Grub Member Account
is closed for any reason, you will lose any accumulated Grub Points in that NeedGrub
Member Account.
- Grub points are accumulated based on promotions that specifiedwhile you create the
activity of the website. The activity and points are subject to change at any time.
You may print and save the promotions you receive to keep track of the points. Refer
to individual policies when creating the activity for details on grub points you
will receive for that particular activity.
- Grub Points are not eligible for redemption until all the point activity is active
and approved. For more information regarding this, refer www.needgrub.com website.
- Any Grub Points subtracted from your Grub Member Account may reduce or eliminate
accumulated Grub Points and may result in a negative Grub Point balance. If such
subtractions are applied to your Grub Member Account after a reward for redemption
has been selected that reduces your Grub Point balance below the amount required
for such reward redemption, Grub Points may suspend delivery of the requested reward.
If your Grub Member Account has a negative Grub Point balance, any newly accumulated
Grub Points will be used to offset such negative point balance until such balance
has been brought to zero.
- Grub Points has the right to monitor all Member Account activity. If your NeedGrub
Member Account shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, you may lose
your accrued Grub Points, and, as a result of this activity, Grub Points may close
your NeedGrub Member Account immediately. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity,
Grub Points reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and may have grounds
to confiscate any rewards redeemed as a result of such activity. In addition, you
may be liable for monetary losses to Grub Points, including litigation costs and
damages, and you will not be allowed to participate in Grub Points in the future.
If your NeedGrub Member Account does not represent the correct number of Grub Points
that you should have been awarded as determined by Grub Points, Grub Points reserves
the right to adjust your point balance. If you have been awarded Grub Points in
error or if you believe your NeedGrub Member Account has been the subject of any
suspicious activity, please contact NeedGrub.com immediately. If it is determined
you have been the victim of a fraud, the points you have earned will be transferred
to a new NeedGrub Member Account.
- Grub Points make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind concerning
Grub Points rewards. All Grub Points rewards are void where prohibited by laws or
regulations and are subject to change as may be necessary to comply with such laws
or regulations. You release Grub Points from all liability regarding the redemption
and use of Grub Points rewards, including any rewards that may be lost, stolen or
destroyed. All participating Grub Points merchants are in no way affiliated with
or responsible for Grub Points administration.
- Depending upon the type of Grub
Points reward, certain limitations and restrictions may apply. Delivery of merchandise
rewards may not be made to a post office box or outside India. Allow two to five
weeks for delivery. All gift card/certificate rewards not received after five weeks
are to be reported to Grub Points as lost/stolen. Claims for reimbursement must
be reported to Grub Points within 120 days of the date that the gift card/certificate
rewards were ordered. Virtual rewards do not involve delivery by traditional mail,
are only accessible on the Internet, may not be returned to us, and may be subject
to further terms and conditions as described on the Internet.
- Subject to authorization, you may exchange reward certificates/merchandise
only in the event of certificate/merchandise defects or damaged shipment. For rewards
consisting of more than one item, please note that all items must be returned even
if only one is damaged. Returns of defective or damaged merchandise must occur within
two days of delivery.
